How you'd handle a hacker : First, I would take a screen shot. Next, i would ban them. If they say like "omg i wasn't hacking!" My response would be my screen shot that i took and said GG.

If two people were fighting, what would you do? :
First, i would give them a warning. If that doesn't work, i would jail them separately and talk to each one individually. Hopefully, i won't have to mute them.
