Can you tell me why my GM app was denied? I feel like I did something wrong. ):

there are 3 of your applications in the denied section.

Why would you need to make more than 1? And why would you post them in the considering section?
Terribly sorry but if someone shows me a slight lack of common sense they don't completely qualify for the GM position.

We do want people who will make the best of the job, since there are only a select handful ever chosen.
And I feel giving people false hope is just kind of mean, in the long run. They're always hella disappointed when a GM is picked and it's not them.

Firstly, i made two because i knew i didnt use the outline the first time. Also, when beast was picked over me I was happy for her, and instantly became friends with her. i see no reason.

you made THREE, you put two into the CONSIDERING area, which you clearly weren't supposed to do..

without common sense you won't make a good GM, it's as simple as that.

Effort as in putting sparkles and pictures on it? That is not an effort, its just plain showing off. I put the second one was that I thought i deleted it by accident, and added the second one. The last on was the one with the outline.

That IS effort.
You're putting effort into making your application APPEALING to those reading it.
If a application is just 1 boring ass color/shade and all the answers are written simply, it's boring and I won't even consider it.

Andrea got hired because she's active and dedicated to the server, but also because her application was just too good to pass up.
You can tell she put a LOT of effort into her application, including the COLOR and the images.

oh. i didn't mean to show off, if that's what you think. i just wanted to make it unique cause rarely anyone uses pictures and stuff. anyway sorry if you think that way. i really didn't mean to 'show off'.

It's not showing off at all lol. It is an effort, I don't know why Chris seems to think it isn't. Being unique like that shows you thought about it, thus showing you put in effort..
I don't know what this guys definition of "effort" is, but it's clearly a little bit different than what most people seem to think..

Dude. if you didn't follow outline, you should have just clicked the little edit button. its very useful =] if you didnt know, it is at the top right or somthing like that. or bottom. u will see it just next time, use it so you wont look too bad. Sorry that you didnt get the position
