How you'd handle a hacker : If unsure - Stalk the hacker (in hide of course) and see if any obvious signs of hacking are shown. Then screenshot and report. If depending on the server's rules I'd either ban or jail or even do the "3 chances" in how many times the hacker has been caught before / after.
If two people were fighting, what would you do? : Ask them what it is about, if it's something stupid get them to separate. If something serious try find an understanding. If the solution is hard ask one (or both) to log off for a while to chill out.
How many servers have you been a GM/Admin in?: I've mostly been GM in about 3 servers. All which have sadly shut down due to either bad admin choices or Nexon.
Why should we choose you: You should choose me because I'm understandable, not because I can animate or bring people in. Usually people would say that they are different and no shit there, it's all a matter of perspective and how the person even reacts. I'll usually think about the situation beforehand before doing anything else. If I rush then consequences will be strained and probably bigger problems will develop in time after whichever incident occurred. I'll admit, I'm not always the social person but I'm willing to try help if
any sort of problem is brewing. I will admit, that I have made mistakes before, but heck who doesn't and if you learn from the mistakes then that's even better. As for any "events" made, I'll talk with either an admin or another GM about a possible "timing" for them. Depending on how this server will work, I'm willing to adjust to whichever statement it has agreed on. For example : Daily event or Daily events. It's understandable if many events are made at the beginning of a server to attract members and I'll agree that it can often be tiring. But it is also a good time for hackers to do things behind the scenes as a GM is holding an event. I'm willing to stay on search for any hackers while a fellow GM is holding an event. Because after all, do we really need something bad to happen as a happy event is ongoing?
Reason i applied: I applied to try and at least accomplish something different this year. Usually on servers I just do what most GMs do : make events, help new players and ban hackers. This time I want to try giving this server a push in the right direction. I will put time aside for this server's development in terms of players coming in. If you need adverts I'm willing to do them anyway even if I don't gain the position of a GM. Being a GM isn't about the tag, it's just the responsibility. You could even perhaps compare it to putting a pink ribbon a pig. The pig is still a pig, just with a slight change of appearance. I've seen time and time again on other servers, the GMs indulging in the powers to spawn and scroll items to become an "Overpowered player". But I guess with me, I'm laid back and I'd rather socialize with the players than scrolling for my own needs.
Summary of yourself : As said before, I'm very laid back. But I do have an unpredictable personality. I'm a fun person who (if given the chance for example : skype / ventrilo) will sing any song. In other words I'm quite weird. I listen to people who have deep emotional issues bothering them or just want someone to talk to. And finally I am, in some senses, a community helper which you'll probably see in my "Extra Info" part.
Extra Info: Being involved in animation I'm involved with various forums. I'm a moderator in 3 of them and have been from time varying from 1 year 2 months, to just 5 months ago. To this present day I am still a moderator and hopefully I plan to keep it that way. If you want proof I'll PM it rather than posting a screen-shot here, as I don't want to be indirectly advertising an animation forum.
